Refund Policy

SplitSeasonTickets, LLC provides services to professional sports and entertainment companies who, in turn, provide those services to their customers. Many of our services are free. Some of our services require fees for use.

If you feel you require a refund (e.g. problem with the service, the order was made by mistake, etc) you may request the refund by contacting us. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason.

If a refund is approved, depending upon how you made the original payment, your refund will be credited to your your credit/debit card.

Under almost any circumstances, we will not provide a refund after 7 days have passed from the order date.
